Free Sample Marketing by Stephanie Galloway
Giving creates abundance! Whether we know it or not most of us are already familiar with the business model of free sample marketing. The concept behind this business model is to give away an item to attract and reach future paying customers.
One example of free sample marketing most people experience is the free samples that are occasionally given out at the grocery store. For an artist participating in Free Art Friday Albuquerque, giveaways can function in much the same way. I encourage any artist participating in Free Art Friday to include a business card as part of their art drop so the finder has a way to connect with them if they are interested in collecting/buying more art from the artist.
Giving a piece of art can familiarize more people with your work and help to increase the potential of finding a loyal customer. Increasing our happiness level and quality of life is also another kind of wealth too often ignored. Being active participants in our community and feeling like we are having a positive impact in the place we live makes one rich in spirit which is a type of wealth that will last a life time!
