Born in Argentina in 1983, moved to Albuquerque in 2003 where he attended and graduated from UNM with a Degree in Political Science and Spanish Literature. During his youth he wanted to be a radio host and upon arrival to Albuquerque he joined the Raices Collective, a group dedicated to promote Hispanic culture through music and interviews.

Also in Albuquerque he created La Cucaracha Stew Co. and is a Founding Member of the Albuquerque based band Baracutanga. The first is an amateur theater group dedicated to represent political issues in the streets. The second is a Latin American music band that successfully brought together musicians from different parts of the Americas to perform a wide variety of music. He now lives again in Buenos Aires from where he contributes to Community Publishing while being involved in creating cooperatives, focusing on the brewing community. Additionally Sebastian owns Tan Selmo/÷÷≥≤””'””? a small scale brewery in Buenos Aires.
Mr. Pais has worked with Community Publishing since 2015. In March 2015 this relationship became formalized with Mr. Pais being named as Director of Latin American and Bilingual Initiatives. Mr. Pais is also a contributor panelist, focusing on Activism through the Arts.
